Bayley makes her entrance, festive as ever.

She takes in the positive reaction from the crowd and says she doesn’t get it, it’s really confusing. Everybody’s got something to say about what happened last night, “oh my god I didn’t see that coming”, but how could you have forgotten her friendship with Sasha Banks, the one person who’s always had her back? The Hugger says she’s her best friend and nothing has changed.

She’s still trying to show us the kind of champion she could be, to lift people up with her whole heart. Every time she steps into the ring she’s trying to make us feel the way she did when she was a kid, and now she has an opportunity to show our kids what it means to be loyal. That’s why she couldn’t turn her back on Sasha after things got rough. She’s doing everything she can to put SmackDown on the map.

They deserve a champion who gets the same recognition as Becky Lynch, and she’s gonna be that champion for a long time. It starts at Clash of Champions when she beats the most selfish person on the roster, Charlotte Flair. She says Flair has no idea what it’s like–

Enter Charlotte Flair.

She gets on the mic and questions the idea that she’s selfish before turning it around and calling Bayley perceptive because she’s the queen of selfishness. But what you see– Wooo!– is what you get, and there’s no confusion nor blindsiding nor hugging. So hug that title real tight because at Clash of Champions–

Enter Sasha Banks.

Randy Orton makes his entrance.

He gets on the mic and says in two weeks we’re gonna have a new WWE Champion and that he’s going to prove to us that Kofi Kingston is not and never has been on his level. The best part about last week was the sweet sound of Kingston’s skull bouncing off the floor. For weeks he’s decimated the New Day and destroyed the power of positivity and if you don’t believe him, he has tape to roll.

He calls Kofi down right now to face him like a man. Kingston obliges but when he comes out, the Revival are attacking! They attack Kofi at length, Randy calls him stupid and stomps away! Daniel Bryan makes his entrance.

He gets in the ring and on the mic and says it looks like they finally have a group of people who believe him. He knows how it looks when they have video footage of Erick Rowan attacking Roman Reigns. He looks guilty of association, but he has said this entire time that he’s got nothing to do with it. There are a lot of people who might not like Daniel Bryan, but nobody can say he’s a liar.

He says he’s never lied to any of us and he hates liars. So here are his demands– an apology from Roman Reigns, not just for accusing him or spearing him, but because he’s calling him a liar.

Enter Roman Reigns.

ERICK ROWAN ATTACKS HIM FROM BEHIND AND PUTS HIM INTO THE STEEL STEPS! Back suplex facebuster on the apron, Bryan tries to make the save but Rowan swats him down and powerbombs the Big Dog into the ringpost! Inside the ring, he applies the Iron Claw… AND HITS THE SLAM! Erick picks the mic up and asks Roman if he’s up before saying the joke’s on him because Daniel Bryan is worse than everybody else, thinking he can control him, but he’s nobody’s puppet.

He wants Dan to step in the ring and slap him in the face again. When Bryan doesn’t oblige, Rowan says he’s proud of everything he’s done to Reigns, but most of all of the pain he’s gonna feel at Clash of Champions, which he punctuates by dumping Roman to the floor and ramming him with the steel steps! Clearing the announce table, but Bryan tries to get control of him, slapping him again… AND GETTING IRON CLAW SLAMMED THROUGH THE TABLE!

Erick shouts about how no one touches him.
